    • Materials handling and packaging control systems including conveyors, hoppers, tankage, bag fill systems and others
  • Critical Safety Systems:
    • Review and classification of existing safety systems for compliance with industry standards such as ISA S84.01
    • Design of new safety instrumented systems with compliance to industry standards (ISA, API, NFPA, Chlorine Institute).
    • Specification and design of critical PLC's for safety instrumented systems
    • Configuration and start-up of critical safety systems
    • Develop testing procedures for critical safety systems

    • Specification and design of remote terminal units for logging of product and inventory
    • Integrate custody transfer meters to SCADA systems
    • Integrate equipment controls such as pumps, compressors and field instrumentation to SCADA systems
    • Configure graphical user interface on host computers

    • Specification and configuration of graphical user interfaces for connection to PLC's , SCADA systems and other stand alone process equipment
