  • Stress analysis of process plant and refinery piping systems.
  • Design and analysis including water hammer, slug flow, equipment loads, vibrations and fatigue analysis utilizing any industry accepted piping codes.
  • Process plant layout and piping system design for all industries.
  • Specification of piping material and all P&IDm PFD, fabrication and erection drawings for any plant.
  • Unit walk-down and as built drawings.
  • Specification of fixed and rotating plant equipment.
  • Design and analysis of pressure equipment with extensive experience in new ASME vessel, API tank, TEMA and EJMA calculations, API 510 and NBIC rerates.
  • Evaluate pressure equipment fitness for service, minimum wall calculations, mechanical integrity, corrosion averaging, WRC-107 calculations.
  • Develop inspection programs and work with plant inspectors.
  • Pre-turnaround vessel modeling.
  • TML program development and applications.
  • Design, specification and analysis of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning including specialized installations such as laboratory, testing facilities and computer "clean" rooms. 100% outside air laboratory and control room applications.
  • Design and analysis of massive and complex hydraulic piping systems for incompressible flow including, but not limited to, flare headers, fire water systems, process and utility piping, etc.
  • Perform pressure surveys and debottlenecking analysis.
  • Perform relief valve studies and sizing.
  • Design gas and oil transmission pipelines with offshore and inland industrial clients.
  • Non-isothermal flow design and analysis of dust or particle collection systems and piping networks.
  • Provide operations and maintenance support and troubleshooting of daily operations.
  • Turnaround assistance: 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
  • Emergency assistance: 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
  • Development and management of OSHA Process Safety Management Program for existing and planned operations.
  • Project Management: Planning, scheduling, estimating, coordinating and quality control.
