| M S Benbow and Associates provided engineering design and project management services for the conversion from a copper-based to a fiber optic-based communications backbone for a large oil refinery in Louisiana. MSB&A also developed innovative fiber solutions to enhance the capabilities of the fiber communications network. |

| Monsanto Company, Luling Plant – Telecommunications Infrastructure Upgrade to Fiber Optic Techonology |
| The Monsanto Luling Plant’s original backbone network system required expansion by adding fiber-optic capability to accommodate the rapid growth in bandwidth requirements and expanded plantwide production capability. The Scope of Work for M S Benbow & Associates included design, installation management, partial installation, and quality control of the new hybrid (single-mode plus multimode fiber cabling) cable for future plant use. The project start date was 2/99 and the projected completion date is 12/99. The Omnicron Telecommunications project work of design and installation of the redundant fiber loops covered a three-month period. |
