NEW ORLEANS—(March 3, 2009)—The University of New Orleans’ College of Engineering recently presented the John Noll Crisp Award for Technical Excellence to M S Benbow & Associates (MSB) at its Thirteenth Annual Engineering Recognition Awards Ceremony.
