METAIRIE, LA—Dec. 10, 2015—M S Benbow & Associates (MSB) raised more than $15,000 for the United Way of Southeast Louisiana’s annual giving campaign to support causes and organization serving the community. This year’s giving campaign surpassed the goal set for the professional engineering firm by 24 percent.
The United Way serves Jefferson, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa and Washington Parishes, contributing funding to organizations that target community needs and provide building blocks for a good life, including education, sound mental and physical health, and a safety net during times of crisis. MSB also conducted a Thanksgiving food drive and Christmas toy drive.

MSB is involved in various organizations supporting STEM education, including the University of New Orleans IEEE Robotics program and Greater New Orleans Science & Engineering Fair, and supports other charitable organizations such as CASA New Orleans (Court Appointed Special Advocates).
