MSB developed equipment purchase specifications for three 15kV switchgear and three 480V motor control centers (MCC) lineups. MSB then developed a detail design package for the installation of each along with a transition plan of how it could occur during a 4-day planned outage. MSB also provided field support during the planned outage.
